The homeowners wanted a more open layout, better lighting, improved storage, and finishes that felt fresh and modern. The full home remodel included updates to the kitchen, living room, stairway, mudroom, and main gathering areas.

Before the Remodel

Before construction began, the home had a dated layout with small rooms, limited natural light, and finishes that no longer matched the homeowners’ needs. The kitchen felt closed off, the mudroom lacked storage, and the main floor flow felt restricted. Challenges included:

Our Full-Home Remodeling Process

Pre-Construction & Planning

We collaborated with the homeowners and our designer to understand the design goals for the remodel, including opening the main floor, improving circulation, and enhancing storage throughout the home.

Demolition and Structural Updates

Our team removed walls to create a true open concept layout between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This allowed natural light to travel through the main floor and created a cleaner visual flow.

Kitchen Remodel

The kitchen received a complete transformation with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a large curved island perfect for gathering. Updated lighting fixtures and a brighter color palette created a fresh and modern look.

Living Room and Stairway Renovation

We upgraded the fireplace wall, installed new hardwood floors, and added custom built-ins for storage and display. The stairway was rebuilt with new railings and modern finishes to tie into the rest of the home.

Mudroom and Storage Areas

The mudroom now features custom built-in storage, tall cabinets, and seating. The new layout keeps the space organized and functional for a busy lifestyle.

Lighting and Finish Updates

Recessed lights, statement fixtures, and soft neutral tones created a brighter and more inviting environment. High quality flooring throughout added both durability and a cohesive aesthetic.

After the Remodel
