Planning a bathroom remodel in SE Portland, Lake Oswego, or Happy Valley? Looking for a licensed bathroom remodeler you can trust?
Most bathroom remodels run over budget. Ours don't.
From powder rooms to full master baths, Tortoise Construction remodels bathrooms across SE Portland, NE Portland, Lake Oswego, and the Portland Metro. But here's what most homeowners actually fear about a bathroom remodel: the surprise invoice, the job that drags on for months, the contractor who disappears.
We solved that. Our 5-step pre-construction process locks every finish, every fixture, and every trade price before demo begins, so you get a fixed price backed by our No Change Order Guarantee.
Common upgrades include:
- Modern walk-in showers with custom tile
- Double vanities and built-in storage
- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Heated flooring and upgraded lighting
- Full layout reconfiguration for small or master baths
