Tortoise Construction LLC is a Portland-based remodeling company led by Mike Jeske. Over the past decade, we've priced and built projects of all sizes across the Portland metro (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, ADUs, and full-home renovations), which means we know what things actually cost here, based on real current trade pricing.
